All proposals are created in the CourseLeaf CIM system. Here you will find brief tutorials covering the basics of creating curriculum proposals, along with references and resources for developing these proposals. All of this information, along with details about content and all UCCC procedures, can be found in the UCCC Guide & Format, which is the official document for UCCC policies and procedures.
Workflow Overview
All proposals entered through CIM go through an approval workflow, the timeline of which can be found on the Proposal Overview tab. If you wish to see what the workflow for a particular proposal will look like, the Preview Workflow button will open a window displaying the steps and approvers your proposal will go through once submitted. You can also see the history of CIM proposals for the course or program in question if they exist. Once your proposal has been submitted to workflow, it can no longer be edited, but you are able to view the steps and approval history and track your proposals progress, as seen below.
